Laurie Jo Litton
PADI OWSI - 231085
Laurie Jo started scuba diving at age 16 when she participated in her High School's Sea Explorers program. She became a PADI Dive Master in 2006, an Assistant Instructor in 2009 and most recently achieved the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) and Emergency First Responder Instructor (EFRI) Certifications, thus allowing her to share her most prized passion, recreational scuba diving. She has done dives with Whale Sharks, loves all aspects of recreational diving specialties, and has a special affinity for warm water diving and wreck diving. She enjoys the adventure of cold water diving in both the Atlantic and Pacific in either her 7 mm wetsuit or her dry-suit. Laurie Jo loves the Dive Community and all the great people she has met diving and is looking forward to meeting many more and diving many new and wondrous places!

Keith Bierd
PADI MSDT - 197017
Keith was born in Michigan where he spent the first 23 years of his life. He graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in chemical engineering. Keith was certified as an open water diver in August 2002 in the wonderful Millbrook quarry of Haymarket, Virginia. Since being certified, he has logged dives in Sydney, Roatan, Cozumel, Curacao, Maui ad several quarries closer to home. Keith received his PADI Divemaster rating in 2005, and he received his PADI OWSI and MSDT ratings in 2009. He continues to enjoy diving the nearby quarries while waiting for his next dive trip to the Caribbean or Maui.

Harry Arter
PADI MSDT
Harry first started diving in 1998 when his dad dragged him to a local dive shop in Missouri. Without his father's influence, Harry would have never have caught the bug! After his open water certification Harry dove whenever he could over the years, but not as much as he has wanted to because he was in the military. After settling down in DC, "the bug" caught back up to him. Harry recertified (another story for another time) and then worked his way up to the professional diving levels. He is now a certified PADI MSDT who loves instructing divers of all ages and all levels of diving experience. Thankfully, Harry's day job provides him with plenty of ocean diving opportunities. He has been diving in the Bahamas, North Carolina, Hawaii, San Diego, as well as numerous lakes and quarries. He love wrecks and night dives, but won't turn any dive down. Harry is certainly not confined to just warm Caribbean waters, as his current goal is to dive in Antarctica!

Paul Watson
PADI OWSI – Instructor #256320
I started diving in 2004 and was hooked from the start. Once I achieved my open water certification, I just kept on going. I have dove in almost any puddle that is deep enough to get into. Some of my favorite dive sites are the many wrecks of the Carolina coast Go U352! I love the Bay Islands of Utila and Roatan off the coast of Honduras. The US Virgin Islands also offer much to be enjoyed. My most favorite place of all is the beautiful Millbrook Quarry here in our own Haymarket, VA! Diving is my largest passion in life and I hope it becomes yours too! So, let’s make some bubbles together.

Scott Gruver
PADI AI
Scott was certified as an open water diver in July 2000 and received his PADI Assistant Instructor rating in 2009. He has enjoyed diving in such places as Belize, Cozumel, St. Maarten, and Saba and looks forward to future trips to the Caribbean, Red Sea and South Pacific. Scott is an avid photographer and is rarely without his underwater camera to capture the dive.

Tina Clements
Tina is better known to her adoring fans as Wonder Woman or "the Pride of Jersey". She is a skilled PADI Assistant Instructor, preferring to frequent the most exotic of locations, such as the Millbrook and Dutch Springs quarries. Tina's wildest aspiration is to teach recreational scuba diving to the indigenous tribes of Antarctica. She enjoys piña coladas and getting caught in the rain. If she's the AI that you look for, go with her and escape.

Terry Wolfe
PADI Divemaster

James Eaton
PADI AI
James was born a simple farm boy in the Highlands of Scotland. He learned to dive at a very young age, mostly out of necessity. The only work he could find was retrieving golf balls from the water hazards at St Andrews Links, a mere 200 miles from home. When he immigrated to the United States, James obtained his open water certification. He was so grateful to dive without the impending hail of golf balls he'd come to expect that he "dove" into the successive PADI diving programs, earning his AOW, EFR, Rescue, and Divemaster certifications. He now resides in Northern Virginia, working with Open Water, AOW, and Rescue Diver students at Nova Dive Center while he pursues his PADI Assistant Instructor certification. James' favorite dive destinations include, Cozumel, Turks & Caicos, the North Carolina coast, and the world's deepest dive pool at NEMO 33 in Belgium. He is rumored to be the Highlander, but no one has yet confirmed the myth.
